1. Who we are

FSB Rental Co. rents exotic cars, private jets and yachts in South Florida. This policy covers the information we collect through this website and how we handle it.

2. What we collect

When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number and date of birth. Date of birth is collected solely to confirm you meet the minimum age for the vehicle you are renting.

We collect a photograph or scan of your driver's licence, along with its number, issuing state and expiry date. This is required to verify that the person collecting the vehicle is licensed to drive it.

We collect your electronic signature and the name you type when signing the rental agreement. Alongside it we record the date and time, your IP address and your browser's user agent string. These exist so a signature can be evidenced if it is ever disputed.

We collect the pickup and return locations and times you select.

If you use our contact form we collect the name, email, phone number and message you provide.

3. What we do not collect

We do not store your card number, expiry date or security code. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and card details are entered on Stripe's systems, not ours. We receive only a payment confirmation and a reference.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Why we use it

To take and fulfil your booking, including verifying eligibility, preparing the vehicle and arranging handover.

To meet legal and insurance obligations that apply to vehicle rental.

To contact you about your booking, and to respond when you contact us.

To recover costs where a rental results in damage, unpaid tolls or traffic citations.

5. Who we share it with

Stripe, for payment processing. Stripe acts as an independent controller of the payment data it collects and applies its own privacy policy.

Our insurers and, where a vehicle is operated by a third party, that operator, to the extent required to place the booking.

Law enforcement or other authorities where we are legally required to do so, including in response to a valid subpoena or in connection with a traffic or criminal investigation involving a rented vehicle.

We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties.

6. How long we keep it

Booking records, signed agreements and payment references are retained for as long as required for tax, insurance and legal purposes.

Driver's licence images are retained only as long as needed to verify and complete the rental and to resolve any dispute arising from it, and are then deleted.

Contact form messages are retained until the enquiry is resolved and for a reasonable period afterwards.

7. How we protect it

Licence documents are stored outside the publicly served area of the site and are accessible only to authorised staff through an authenticated interface. They are not reachable by guessing a web address.

Access to booking records is restricted to authorised personnel.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

Florida residents have specific rights regarding personal information under state law. Contact us and we will respond within the period required.

Note that we cannot delete information we are required to retain for tax, insurance or legal reasons while that obligation applies.

9. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in where applicable and to operate the booking process. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Children

This site is not directed at children. You must be at least 21 to rent from us, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The revision date below always reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated to customers with an active booking.
