The water is the point. The house sits on the lake in Glenvar Heights with its own dock, a pool and a jacuzzi between the house and the shoreline, and a koi pond you can feed. Inside there are two kitchens, an office, and a billiards table for when the weather turns. Ten guests sleep across five bedrooms, and the layout works as well for two families as for one large group.
